In relation to the Act of 5th September 2016 on trust services and eIDAS electronic identification, Enigma, at the request of NBP, adjusted the National Certification Centre to the regulations of the act. The latest implemented version introduces an additional possibility of identifying a subscriber as a legal person using an electronic stamp or as a natural person using an electronic signature.
